I work within organizational structures to build and fortify culture through learning. Blending leading practices from business with effective learning strategy is my sweet spot.

I’m a NYC-based EdTech learning strategist and design executive specializing in reimagining learning for the Future of Work. In 2022 I completed my doctoral work in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. Preparing today’s workforce for the jobs of tomorrow through reskilling is a focal point of my work. I specialize in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), as well as Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks.

For more than 20 years I’ve connected people to the information they need to be successful in their careers. From 2018 through 2020, I participated in the World Economic Forum’s Chief Learning Officers Working Group and its Initiative on the Future of Education, Gender, and Work. Since then, I have made it my mission to create programs that engage and educate today’s learners for tomorrow’s workplace challenges. People are every organizations’ greatest asset. Without an effective and sustainable learning program, people can be an organization’s greatest risk.

Turning around corporate learning programs from “need to” to “want to” is my kind of challenge. Are they talking about it? Great. But can you measure learning impact? Yes, Ask me how.
